3Shape is the global market leader of dental Cad/Cam and seeks to expand its Academy team with a Project Manager to assist with the delivery of multiple projects aimed at designing, developing and delivering engaging learning experiences.

Your Profile
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in service delivery combined with a product offering
  • You have experience coordinating and leading multiple projects simultaneously, executing and managing requirements, reviewing outputs for quality and consistency
  • You have a deep understanding of the entire life cycle of a service journey project and have a proven record in journey delivery that drove measurable results
  • You’re a clear and engaging communicator and fluent in English, both verbal and written (strong PowerPoint Skills)
  • You like tackling complicated problems and have a knack for breaking them down to make the work manageable
  • Familiarity with learning, service design, and service operation is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver targeted digital learning initiatives with the help of Academy Subject Matter Experts (e.g., Global Trainers, Program Managers, Global Systems Manager, and Learning Solution team)
  • Build a win-win partnership with Product Management, R&D, and Customer Services teams
  • Drive customer engagement through learning offerings and its related standards, process maps, and business requirements
  • Manage projects and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • You are based in Szczecin
