This position is dedicated to analysing and implement projects within the Data Protection area. As Junior Personal Data Analyst together with your colleagues located in Szczecin and Copenhagen, you will become part of the Legal team. The key stakeholders are spread between Poland, Germany, Ukraine, Denmark, China, USA, and other countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Map and monitor processes of 3Shape group in which personal data are processed
  • Participate in the preparation of documentation required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Cooperation with the team members during various tasks in the data protection areas
  • Maintaining and supporting documentation process and statistical records
  • Manage internal and external relationships between different stakeholders across the entire organisation in the scope of Compliance and Data Protection framework
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams and departments across the organisation Profile
Our expectations:
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Nice to have experience with IT systems on a technical level
  • Excellent written and communication English skills
  • Nice to have University degree in relevant Compliance/Law/Management/IT
  • Experience with various process management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio) is additional
  • Knowledge of any privacy/data protection frameworks is an advantage
