About the job

Global Finance Support is one of the biggest department in Coloplast Business Center with around 140 employees working in different accounting, reporting and controlling functions. The department is supporting globally Coloplast and has the ownership of more than 35 countries around the world.
Due to constant growth of the company we search for Project Manager dedicated to finance.
The role will not be limited to CPBC internal projects as the department responsibility goes beyond that. We aim at developing better end-to-end processes that starts or finish in business organizations. The role will report directly to GFS Director.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing projects relating to finance automation, cash flow, finance process transitions, company acquisition, financial reporting, revenue and expenses
  • Assisting finance department in creating business cases and presentations to different stakeholders
  • Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement 
  • Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance
  • Analyzing financial data to assess the financial improvement potential and make own recommendations 
  • Organizing and running various workshshops that aim at improve/solve issues in finance end-to-end processes
Skills:
  • Project management tools and methods
  • Professional experience in a global business environment or SSC
  • Finance professional experience (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to Report)
  • Improvement and/or automation projects experience
  • Ability to prepare and communicate business cases 
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in the fast-changing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder Management skills (includes effective communication)
  • Process management experience
  • Strong Powerpoint and excel; Power BI would be an asset
  • Good written and spoken English
  • High problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Open minded wit high ownership
