Working in an internal control team (ICF) comes with a great opportunity for growth! If you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience related to a variety of accounting processes, Excel is not a challenge for you, you have curiosity and a willingness to learn - we may be looking for you!
You will be responsible for:
- Perform internal controls for accounting processes in various areas of the organization,
- Participate in the design of new controls for migrated accounting processes,
- Testing of designed controls,
- Collaborating on the development of internal controls for other units in the Metro Group,
- Testing procedures prepared by operational teams,
- Preparing documentation for audits,
- Working on team, company-wide and Group-wide projects.
Skill set & experience profile:
- Ukrainian/Russian nice to have,
- education in the field (economics, accounting, etc.),
- development orientation in the area of internal control/internal audit/accounting,
- practical knowledge of MS Office package,
- ability to think analytically,
- initiative and commitment and a high level of communication skills,
- a mindset for qualitative problem solving and cooperation,
- good organization of work, self-reliance,
- very good knowledge of English (cooperation with people from the organization),
- practical experience in internal control or auditing will be an advantage (not required).
