About the department


Consumer Sales Support (CSS) department is responsible for delivering various back-office services to local consumer organizations. CSS is a vital part of Global Commercial Support area who employs more than 260 Great People responsible for supporting commercial operations across the globe. Our main goal is to run daily operations in back-office engine of Coloplast and drive efficiency agenda in business support of B2B, Consumer and Direct Sales. Our Teams are closely cooperating with various parts of local and global organizations including Business Support, IT, Consumer & Digital Channels and Marketing.

 

About the job


Consumer Sales Support Manager reports to the Director of Global Commercial Support Department. He/She will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of an organization's Consumer Sales Support department. The scope of the role is to manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing CPBC and Global Commercial Support/Direct Services strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing a team of 3 Team Leaders (approx. 40 people) responsible for supporting the process team achieving their objectives
  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Driving efficiencies and automation agenda together with IT and other parts of the organization
  • Organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Assessing overall department performance against objectives
  • Maintaining excellent business relationships with stakeholders
  • Planning, Developing, analyzing, and updating the department budget
  • Supporting change management processes
  • Representing Consumer Sales Support department internally and externally

Requirements 

  • University Master degree, preferred within Business, Business Administration or similar
  • 3+ years in leadership role
  • Preferably 2+ years in leading people managers
  • Experience in process and/or project management
  • Proven ability to improve processes and system efficiencies
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (xls, word, ppt, outlook)
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills
  • Experience from an international company will be an asset
