Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:
- organization and management of the work of a subordinate team (10-15 people)
- taking care of the proper circulation of documents in accordance with the procedures and policy of the company
- ensuring fast and effective communication with the relevant accounting sections
- responsibility for the proper course of the scanning and archiving process
- responsibility for other processes located in the team
- attention to timeliness, completeness and quality of the work performed
- university degree (preferably in finance, accounting or economy),
- experience in team management and document flow coordination
- experience in organizing financial and accounting processes
- advanced knowledge of Polish
- strong English skills, both spoken and written (level B2 / C1)
- good knowledge of German (minimum B1 / B2 level) - optional
- experience working in SSC or BPO
- easiness of adaptation to a rapidly changing environment
