We are Macrobond Financial, an international company with a bright future in our industry. Our flagship product, the Macrobond application, is a single platform that combines an extensive macroeconomic and financial database with easy-to-use tools for analysis and smart data visualization. 

 

We now need an HR Manager to join our team in Szczecin and cooperate internationally as well. If you're looking for diverse tasks and shaping your position with us as the company grows, Macrobond can be the right match for you.

Miejsce pracy: Szczecin
Your main tasks will include:
  • Full responsibility for HR topics in Poland and partly in other countries
  • Leading a small HR/Admin team supporting our employees in several locations
  • Driving and supporting the implementation of changes and new policies in the company
  • Taking care of HR areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management
  • Providing support for middle managers and C-level in employee matters and HR-related policies and decisions
  • Managing and/or operating internal and external HR tools 
  • Preparation of relevant presentations or reports for Management
  • Overseeing office and employee-related expenses, budgets and administrative decisions
  • Hands on support as back-up for personnel matters, payroll checks and employee documentation
Our ideal candidate profile consists of:
  • Experience in a similar role, with 5+ years in HR overall
  • Very good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing 
  • Advanced practical skills in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint & Excel
  • Very good interpersonal & cooperation skills on various levels
  • Very good organization and coordination skills
  • An analytical and solution-focused approach
  • Positive attitude and an open mind
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law 
  • Experience working in an international environment
