About the department

You will join Controlling Team in CPBC, being part of Global Operations Finance organization, which supports operations on improvement agenda and reports the financials related to Global Operations. This implies financials for Coloplast's innovation, logistic and production activities – including inventory and investments financials.

• Updating raw material prices in ERP system and maintain documentation in alignment with corporate finance, perform cost prices analysis, incl. coordinating with responsible supplier and controlling when needed
• Supporting the Corporate Procurement and rest of business in development with right reporting solutions (e.g. SRM & dashboard functionalities, increasing knowledge sharing across business)
• Coordinating requests between Finance and Procurement – act as a main contact for direct Procurement department (HQ and manufacturing sites)
• Managing data, and processes for new setup of (or changes to existing) suppliers and/or items
• Supporting creation of ad hoc reports/presentations, as well ad hoc data queries and explorative data analysis
• Preparing reporting package for management needs basing on analytical data collected
• Capturing, describing and communicating best practice, relevant user guidance and improvement areas
• Support further reporting and system development by proposing the improvements and conducting test activities for new capabilities prior to IT deployment
• Act as system super user in area assigned, guide and educate colleagues

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or equivalent
• Very good spoken and written English
• High level of Excel skills
• Previous business reporting, high volume and explorative data analyses and process documentation experience is an advantage
• Experience within masterdata and ERP/workflow systems is an advantage
• Experience in working with direct costs in connection to production company is an advantage
