About the team:

 

Commercial Process Support is a team with strong ties to Commercial Operations in Head Quarters. Its main purpose is operational support for Consumer and Sales organizations with the maintenance of commercial processes within Salesforce CRM. 
 

You will be mainly responsible for:
  • Business ownership of Salesforce CRM sales processes 
  • Development of new and enhancement of existing sales processes
  • Running and supporting global and local projects 
  • Collecting best practices from different markets and standardizing processes
  • Driving development of sales related functionalities in Salesforce 
  • Supporting Salesforce rollouts in new markets
  • Data and KPI driven change management
  • Gathering requirements and supporting development of new reports and dashboards
  • Closely cooperating with Global Commercial Development and stakeholders from Coloplast subsidiaries
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written English
  • Experience with CRM including segmentation and targeting 
  • Strong business toolbox
  • Understanding of business impact KPIs and frontline sales activities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional development and work with different teams
  • Multiple stakeholder management and working in a global and matrix organization
  • Ability to challenge and be assertive
  • Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with working with data, reports and dashboards
  • Project management skillset
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
  • Proactive, self-driven and work on own initiative
