About the department
The job is in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland within the newly created US Direct Sales Support team as a part of Comfort Medical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coloplast. 
As a new employee, you will be part of Comfort Medical team supporting the same processes but in two locations: Coral Springs, FL and Szczecin, CPBC. The team located in CPBC is in the phase of creation when it comes to the structure, improvements, culture so your input will be more than welcome. Continuous contact, exchanging knowledge and sharing experience with your colleagues from Florida is what you can count on!

 

The job 

The job is to manage newly established team of approx. 15, within the area of billing, collections and Accounts Receivables (AR) related processes.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing and reporting on monthly trending of aging
  • Managing denial trends and notifying the business on areas of increased denials for immediate correction
  • Assisting the team with the efficient analysis and resolution of all open balances; monitoring productivity to assure the team can meet production and collection goals established by management
  • Generating monthly AR reports that facilitate workflow metrics and audit processes for the department
  • Reviewing collection issues that impact the team's ability to process work within the department; conducting periodic audits of collection activity for quality assurance purposes and to assure that the team is utilizing the most efficient methods for processing of work
  • Managing all reimbursement transactions & training staff regarding new policies
  • Maintaining knowledge of payer requirements and terms
  • Recruit, train and develop team members

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables (preferably) or any Accounting, Finance or transactional processes
  • Numerical and analytical skills, comfortable analyzing data and interpreting reports
  • Experience in processing data in software programes 
  • 2+ years of experience in team management / team leading
  • Natural leadership skills
  • Able to travel to USA if needed (needs to meet requirements related to US travels, documentations, vaccination etc, more described under links: https://www.gov.pl/web/usa/idp, https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/proof-of-vaccination.html
