Back Office Specialist with English
Szczecin
Responsibilities:

During your daily tasks you will:

  • Reply to Emails/in-App messages
  • support and assist the customers
  • In this team we work 5 days per week, Monday till Sunday, on 8.5hrs shifts (including 1 hour of break), that cover day and night :(07:30-16:00; 14:30-23:00; 23:00-07:30)
Requirements:

You're perfect for the role if you:

  • love to help customers
  • are curious, solution-oriented and enjoy learning
  • You like being part of a team, but are also able to work independently
  • have the ability to speak English at C1 level
  • are available for full-time job
