For our client who is a leading AI technology company (known as the developer some of the first "smart detection" artificial intelligence on wireless cameras) we are looking for a natural, detail-oriented problem-solver that speaks English.

START ON 07th of November!

You can work in remote, but if you would like to move to Szczecin and to work from our office, we will be offering you the relocation package, isn't that great? :)

Responsibilities:
During your daily tasks you will:

• deal with connectivity issues and other technical related issues that the devices might encounter (via incoming phone calls/chats and emails)
• support and assist the customers in the matters related to their account ( you are the point of consultation)
• In this team we work 5 days per week, Monday till Friday, 10:00-18:30 (one hour of break included)

Requirements:

You're perfect for the role if you:

• love to help customers
• are curious, solution-oriented and enjoy learning
• You like being part of a team, but are also able to work independently
• have the ability to speak English at min B2 level
• are available for full-time job (Mon-Fri)
• Good to have: at least one year of customer support experience
