Responsibilities: 
  • Supervision and maintaining of the quality system in production processes (PFMEA, CP, QC, QRQC, 8D) 
  • Solving problems related to quality in production with cooperation with other departments in e.g., Process Engineering, Product Quality, Lifecycle 
  • Daily work with data analysis, reporting, and deviations analysis from trends 
  • Creating and updating quality documentation according to company needs (e.g., Standard Procedures, Control Plans) 
  • Creating nonconformity reports for process and handling of nonconformity parts in production 
  • Quality support in project activities (including NPI, production optimalisation) and product changes 
  • Optimalization of production processes in cooperation with Process Engineering departments 
  • Continuously improve quality for production in 3shape
Ideal profile: 
  • Experience in product industrialization (preferable min. 1 year) 
  • Higher degree – essential condition (preferable technical) Computer literacy (MS Office – essential condition)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work effectively with data, plan and achieve goals 
  • Fluent (or very good) English, both verbally and writing (essential condition) 
  • Knowledge of basic quality tools (e.g. FMEA, MSA, CP, QRQC, ISO 9001, 13485 standards and Lean Management)
  • Knowledge of process documentation and technical drawing 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Team working spirit 
  • Experience in change management.
