Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced LabVIEW & TestStand Architect for developing, debugging, integrating, and verifying test systems dedicated for PCBA validation.


As a TestStand/LabView architect, you will have an opportunity to participate from the very beginning in setting directions and architecture for implementing professional electronic assembly test systems in 3Shape. You will lead the implementation and mentor/up-qualify colleagues with your vast experience?

The position is based at our Production facility in Szczecin (Poland) and is within in our Lifecycle and Quality team, which is part of R&D. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both local Production and R&D Engineers as well as engineers from Denmark.

Your role:


In your new job you will:

  • Create and develop test Stand and LabView test platform for PCBA tests
  • Review technical test requirements specs, analyze, and implement in TestStand/LabView.
  • Set up and start the test system. Post deployment code maintaining.
  • Perform best engineering practices to include requirements analysis/ documentation, software/hardware integration and software maintenance.
  • Plan and coordinate you work in cross-functional team and external suppliers
  • Communicate with the team on daily basis to share and build knowledge.
Your profile:


The ideal candidate is a hands-on, implementer who enjoys working in a cross functional team, and further has most of the following qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electronics, automation, mechatronics engineering or related.
  • Experience in National Instruments software (TestStand, LabVIEW), test sequence programming, operator front-end programming, instrument driver programming, production measurement data handling.
  • Experience in implementing advanced architectures for LabVIEW.
  • Understanding of Electronics circuit fundamentals (analog, digital, mixed).
  • Knowledge of industry standard test and measurement platforms (Fixture / test adapter / Bed-of-nails)
  • Experience with National Instrument PXI hardware platform.
  • Requirements, compliance, validation & verification understanding.
