About the position
You will be Supporting implementation of Product Management strategy related to sales enablement, conducting effective coordination between Product Management, Sales Operation team, Sales Master Data, and when relevant also Shipping and Supply Chain. The Product Management Coordinator will also have a vital role in ensuring smooth logistic execution of Beta test and launch events (among others) from Product Management side.
As Product Management Coordinator, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Creation, communication and maintenance of price lists based on decision made by the Pricing Committee
- Creation and communication of Product Catalogue based on portfolio decision made by Product Management
- Coordination on new prices and item numbers with Sales Master Data
- To be the first contact point for Sales Order team and Sales Master Data for product-related queries
- To support countries with queries related to price, item numbers, and sales terms and conditions
- To be responsible for logistic execution in preparation for Beta test activities and other internal orders from Product Management
- To support preparation of new product launch
As a person, you are structured and organized, as well as having great sense for the details. Besides this you are self-driven, result oriented and you take pride in delivering on time. You have strong stakeholder management skills that allow you to coordinate with various departments across the company. On top of that, you have/are:
- A bachelor degree, potentially in a commercial major
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
